Shipping
Every order is packed at our factory and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery across the EU takes about 3 to 6 business days, with tracking sent to your email.
- EU orders: prices include VAT and import is handled by us, nothing is due at the door. Shipping is a flat €5.90 and free on orders over €99.90.
- United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein: the carrier may collect local import VAT or duties on delivery, according to your country's rules.
Returns and withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, as EU consumer law provides.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned if the pack is unopened and the hygiene seal is intact. This is the standard exception for sealed hygiene goods under EU rules.
- To start a return, email contact@tulgarstore.com with your order reference. We reply with the return address and instructions.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the returned pack reaching us.
Size guide
One size and one color per pack. Measure your waist where the waistband sits. If you are between sizes, take the larger one.

Care: machine wash at 30°C with similar colors, do not tumble dry, do not iron the waistband.
Payment
- Cards, iDEAL and other local methods: processed by Stripe on a secure hosted payment page. Your card details never touch our servers.
- SEPA bank transfer: order on our bank transfer page, send the EUR amount with your reference, and we ship when it lands.
- All prices are in euros and include VAT for EU deliveries.
Terms of sale
These are the short, human-readable terms for orders on tulgarstore.com.
- Seller: TULGAR LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 15899899, registered office: Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FA, United Kingdom. Products are manufactured in and dispatched from our own family factory.
- The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. If an item is unavailable, we refund immediately.
- Displayed prices are final for EU deliveries. For non-EU destinations, local import charges are the customer's responsibility and are shown as such before ordering.
- Statutory warranty rights apply. If a product is faulty, contact us and we will replace or refund it.
- These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
Privacy
We collect only what an order needs: your name, address, email and order details. We use them to deliver your order, send tracking and answer your messages.
- The data controller is TULGAR LTD (company details under Contact).
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive your card number. Bank transfers go through our EUR account.
- The site is hosted on Netlify. We run no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies.
- Order data is kept as long as tax law requires, then deleted. To access or delete your data, email contact@tulgarstore.com.
