Questions, answered

What exactly is bamboo viscose?
It is a viscose fiber produced from bamboo cellulose. The result is a fabric that is noticeably softer and smoother than cotton, breathes well and handles moisture better. Our boxers are 95% bamboo viscose with 5% elastane for stretch.
Which size should I take?
Our fit is true to size, from S to 2XL, and the size chart is on our info page. Each pack is one size and one color. If you are between sizes, take the larger one; bamboo fabric drapes rather than squeezes.
How fast is shipping?
Orders leave our factory within 1 to 2 business days and arrive across the EU in about 3 to 6 business days, tracked all the way. EU shipping is free on orders over €99.90; below that it is a flat €5.90.
Will I pay customs or extra fees?
Not in the EU: our prices include VAT and import is handled by us, so there is nothing to pay at the door. For orders to the UK, Switzerland, Norway or Iceland the carrier may collect local import VAT on delivery.
Can I return underwear?
Yes, within 14 days, as long as the pack is unopened. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened underwear, which is standard under EU consumer law.
How can I pay?
By card, iDEAL and other local methods through Stripe's secure checkout, or by SEPA bank transfer to our EUR IBAN. Transfer orders ship as soon as the payment lands.
